FIELD AND PORTAL MINING SUPPLIES - Returns and Exchanges Policy

Please retain your receipt as a proof of purchase.
Exchanges that occur via the post or courier do so at the customer’s expense.  No compensation for expenses accrued will be entertained by FIELD AND PORTAL MINING SUPPLIES.
It is important to note that the customer must have consent from FIELD AND PORTAL MINING SUPPLIES before returning any goods.
This consent, in the form of a Return Authority, notification must accompany the goods.
FIELD AND PORTAL MINING SUPPLIES will provide credit or exchange for goods if they do not comply with the quantity or description of the customer’s order. All goods returned for credit must be in the original packaging and be in good order and condition for re-sale. There is a 20% Return & Handling fee that will be charged for all returns where the product sold is not faulty.
If incorrect goods are dispatched we will send the new item /product to the customer at no additional cost. We will happily refund or exchange if the product is faulty or does not perform as stated.
FIELD AND PORTAL MINING SUPPLIES will accept the return of defective goods and arrange for the replacement of such goods.
FIELD AND PORTAL MINING SUPPLIES shall not be liable for any loss of use or for any other indirect, consequential, incidental or other damages or losses sustained during transport.
